Our Building Process
1. Consultation
Your journey begins with a complimentary, no obligation consultation. We take the time to understand your vision, site, budget, and timeline, ensuring a considered and informed approach from the outset.
2. Design & Planning
Without Plans: For clients seeking a fully guided experience, our Design Contract encompasses design development, engineering, and all required approvals. This collaborative and detail driven phase ensures every element is thoughtfully resolved before construction commences.
With Plans: If plans are already in place, we carefully review the details and provide an indicative cost assessment aligned with your brief.
3. Quotation & Scope
We refine plans, finishes, and fixtures in close consultation with you to achieve a seamless balance of design intent and budget. A comprehensive quote, detailed scope of works, and construction timeline are then issued, offering complete transparency. Where applicable, a professional services fee may apply and is credited toward the final contract value upon proceeding.
4. Construction
Upon acceptance, a contract is executed, and your construction start date is secured. Throughout the build, you’ll receive regular updates, progress imagery, scheduled site visits, and consistent communication and access to us. Also, we will provide a detailed construction schedule to ensure clarity and confidence at every stage.
5. Completion & Handover
At completion, the building surveyor issues the Certificate of Occupancy and keys are formally handed over. We conduct a refined handover process, including final inspections and systems training, ensuring a seamless transition into your completed home.
